The binding LOI is meaningless - it was in a press release - where is the 8-K to announce the acquisition.

No one knows the terms and conditions of the binding LOI.

Costello is selling a non-revenue producing company he owns to GRNF which he is the CEO.

So shareholders are giddy about a press release that doesn't provide any details.

Anyone that believes the Costello BS deserves to lose their investment.
