well done. Just got back to read the post. thanks for your hard work

Glad you’ve recently figured out what’s actually happening here. I know it was a lot to take in after the extension. Nobody was thrilled. Not you, not me, not the PASO BOD. You blamed the PASO BOD for not telling us when they knew. Of course, I’m referring to your post on 16 July:

I didn't go all in and that would have been on me, but i did add the 14th before closing because there was no news that the deal had been delayed. CLX knew before the 15th they needed 3 more months. if they would have said they need 1 week that would have said to me something didn't go as planned recently but to wait until q4 means they knew for awhile the deal was not going thru.
the rest should be easy, they manipulated and flipped the stock every minute before they told PASO the deal was not going to be until q4, AND they didn't really say that, they said they have not completed there DD yet, heck it may not even go thru because of that alone. the reverse merger may be for real but this was a scam.

“CLX knew before the 15th they needed 3 more months”. You wouldn’t happen to have proof of this, would ya? They knew on or about the 14th that they needed an extension….sure. But 3 more months?

“To wait for Q4 means they knew for awhile the deal was not going through.” Actually, this means they are committed to “playing it safe” from here and giving themselves all the cushion they could ever want or need to ensure the last time they needed to delay/extend was in fact the last time. This deal was supposed to get legs in March/April but COVID-19 was too much to overcome (completely understandable). The Department of Defense put a full-blown stop travel order in place for goodness sake. It would have been a miracle had they pulled it off then. Then the 15 July target was set because they believed that would be ample time to get all the COVID mitigation measures in place, revise standard operating procedures, get “back” to work, and finish the deal. Well, good news spreads quickly these days… and several other valuable players wanted in on the action. As Doog so often notes, there would simply be too much red tape to conduct additions AFTER the merger. It can be done, but why jump through more hoops than you have to? So, CLX did what any reasonable consortium would do and asked for any extension so they could take care of adding in this value without all the hoopla they would have otherwise endured. Saying that Q4 (calendar) is the new target sets them up for time and space (should they need it). If they don’t need it, do you think they are going just drag their feet until October/November? What CLX has to offer….what HealthyAmerica has to offer… is needed YESTERDAY. California just recorded (again) their highest one day COVID death count…. And as of last Friday, so too did Texas, North Carolina, and Florida.

A vaccine is in the works. They are actually trying to figure out who gets it at this point because there will be limited amounts for a bit. Healthcare workers are a the top of the list for obvious reasons. But with the rollout of a vaccine there will need to be accountability, checks and balances, game-changing health care procedures (remote/virtual appointments), safety standards, new operational norms, data-driven automated infrastructure, etc. CLX has the solution to that, as the consortium has experience in all those things. Sure, there will be competition, but what better reason could there be to roll this sucker out asap?

I realize you’ve since turned the corner, but you’ve got to take breather sometimes and truly analyze a situation before jumping to hollow conclusions while you’re clearly emotionally charged. If you’re really still holding, and are averaged in the .09s if I recall, consider yourself blessed.

I really do appreciate your kind words and look forward to your contributions to the DD framework we’ve established here.
