MRNA/ABUS—From the same article:

Moderna claimed the LNP used to make mRNA-1273, its Covid-19 vaccine candidate, is not covered by the Arbutus patent. “Moderna is not aware of any significant intellectual property impediments for any products we intend to commercialize, including mRNA-1273,” the company said.

The word, “significant” in MRNA’s statement leaves quite a bit of wiggle room, so I would not characterize the statement (as the Forbes author did) as an outright denial of patent infringement.
