Mark102, our best hope for a quick resolution and no litigation is for them to take this REIT crap and scrap it in favor of a whole company bid as in price per share. Anything short of this and I feel equity may end up on the short end of the stick.

Sussberg said they may accept a bid in early August and this may mean they are finalizing it this weekend and make a filing on Monday or Tuesday in time for the Wednesday, August 05, 2020 court hearing. Sussberg kept saying this will move very, very fast at the last court hearing so I believe this timeline may prove to be correct so calculate your trading accordingly.
