It's my best guess that fine tuning the language of the preliminary proxy can be a tedious process. Everything needs to be concise and clear so even guys like farm can understand what the procedure is for changing the company structure.

SEC higher ups may have poked their noses in and said some things needed to be changed in the application. Just a guess and all my chips are ponied up that this is in fact what is happening.

When they refile the next prelim which I bet is early Jan, that will be the signal that the party is on. If you are not already in the stock with the next filing, good luck to ya.

Stock price is crawling towards my target of .057
