Fighting, Why retire such an odd number of shares , 11,010,161 ?
I have to agree with Dog. You only do that when your not concerned about future financing. And to keep it on the Down Low, like they did makes absolutely no sense.

Another possibility:
Maybe they are Right Sizing the share structure based on a negotiated Sale Price or Price Per Share. To facilitate a merger via Stock Swap or a Sale. In which case would have to be done in order for everything to match up prior to the actual announcement .

Something very interesting or exciting going on behind the scenes here . As no one would purposely miss an opportunity to promote a stock reduction.

Next PR will most likely be a barn burner one way or the other.
