Rob, I’d also like to be enlightened, and from your post I take it you’re a subject matter expert. Care to explain why shares were priced at a 20% discount, or is this standard industry practice? I’d love to hear how this 20% scalping didn’t affect retail shareholders, at least for the foreseeable future. BTW, I hold more shares than a fair number of “institutions” listed as shareholders-what a crock!,
