My thoughts after reading
First we do not know how long Kevin has been president of Wholesale
Was he president when all that money from illegal sales of POTN stock was being transferred into the company
Money loaned had gone to pay money owed We had borrowed $9,000,000 why more money
Follow the money
This was done on the very last day of last year —— why would they do something like this when they knew full well that the FBI was watching close
Why did they need it done in 2019
Blum and Keven are both lawyers
