July was an interesting month.

Wasn't July supposed to be a hot month? It wasn't even lukewarm.

- new partnerships announced

I'm not sure "partnerships" is the right word. They are pretty 1-sided deals. Vendors may be a better description. It's more likely that QMC is paying them than the other way around.

- Two SEC filings

This company is in the middle of a complete financial controls failure. Filing a couple 8-K's for PRs doesn't change that in the slightest.

- QDX app hit the market in mobile stores

And has sold to nobody other than insiders - and we see, that in their typical sloppy, zero-attention-to-detail way, they left in stuff from fake things from testing that should have been removed. Why not in the Apple store yet???

- will say I am a little disappointed, was told live launch was scheduled for July 15th, if I may hazard a guess, the company was counting on the Mig-US test to be FDA approved before than. That delay is what holding up QDX going live (again MHO)

The folks who read the tea leaves were not disappointed on the 15th. LOL.

- QMC taking app security seriously, hiring Jumio, (I wonder if a client requested the extra security to identify specific individuals?)

Hiring? LOL. Buying. It's a SaaS. It's common sense. How would it work without identity verification???

Looking forward to see what August brings

More disappointment is what August will bring.

If I was into predictions I would look for an announcement coming out of the State of Texas by Labor day, but I am not.

Announcement of another lawsuit against them maybe. Once you start getting sued by the Governor's advisors, the tea leaves turn against you.
