Facility will test coal from multiple mines in powder river Basin. It is likely each individual coal mine will produce different heating values and have different mineral deposits and amounts. Although the UW has figured this data out already, The test facility will actually be producing on a larger scale itself acting much like a burner would act but also extracting
mineral deposits and water from the pores of each rock and storing it (Many
collected in Kiln which will be cleaned out later) Then filling and coating it with HC, turning it into a stable and dust free product for transportation and safety. I'm sure their is a catch can separator somewhere in that machine.

The 30' 10T Kiln designed 15 months ago has gone through extensive research and engineering modifications along with the Controller. It is understandable why it has taken 1-1/2 years and 1.2M dollars to produce. I have a strong feeling it will be worth the time waiting.
