I don’t disagree. I scoff at the people who think the WL deal isn’t toxic.

It is highly dilutive. Period. Do the shares come a less of a discount than a typical convertible loan? Yes...

But that doesn’t change the fact that WL is going to get over 100 million shares at a time and they won’t hold them long.

Our best hope is that they are selling into tremendous strength.

But if MCOA is any indication, it’s a daunting task.

We need massive updates on projected revs for Verus Cares (if that is even still a thing) and also on the new CBD division.

Those are the only potential wild cards.
