So Oxy-Thyme is wholly owned by RBII and OxyThymol is the cleaning disenfectant surfactant solution/agent used by the Oxy-Thyme cleaning system and RBII labs have been converted into production factories/plants to mass produce Oxy-Thyme, right? Seems like Oxy-Thyme was around before it became a wholly owned subsidiary of RBII a few months ago. What are the details of how the subsidiary changed hands? Or am i missing something? Was this product created just a few months ago out of the blue as a response to the pandemic? Who invented it? Art Hall?
