I would imagine that if it was that simple, it would have been done. There has to be more to the story. Whatever it is, I get the impression that Meni is trying to be respectful by letting the convo die instead of it getting dramatic and personal.
We just have to wait and see what happens. Meni's lack of enthusiasm during the last live stream could have been due to many things. The last while has been extremely exhausting for everyone. Having to last minute change all protocols for covid has been insane for all businesses. No doubt. I know it has been at my place of work. He was probably just tired and it the impression came out a little flat.
With how proactive they are being in regards to no mislead anyone, I would be surprised that they don't have things lined up since they've put up an edibles section on their site. wtf would they do that if it literally wasn't coming.
It would appear margins are simply the biggest issue. Things that would drive that would be demand for your services (b2c) which would make you more appealing for (b2b) (giving you more bargaining power on price). That's an assumption, i'm no business professional.
In an illegal to advertise environment, I'm assuming the biggest advertising would be word of mouth by people that use the service. Well, revenue grew considerably and i'm assuming that has to do with a growing customer base. Bigger the customer base = more word of mouth advertising. It's just going to take a little while. So increased demand should be one way towards better bargaining power and better margins.
Second, we're just waiting on labs to be approved and ready, which should also improve margins.
In time.
