CEO keeps diluting with toxic notes over and over again every year without ever increasing any revenues only increasing AS and OS. That's all he knows how to do.

Look at the PRs over the past few years and you can easily figure out all the lies. Bob only cares about his salary and feeding his lenders so he can keep his shitty business going instead of declaring bankruptcy. Millions in losses over the years and shareholders wiped out in the process. No apology or even a conference call to discuss future plans except rinse and repeat.
