TMDI AGM SEPTEMBER 30TH, 2020

Saw this on Stocktwits. Not sure if it is true. Also see there will be a record date for voting and beneficial ownership determination date of August 24th, 2020.

Interesting that their normal AGM is in June but now is in September. Wonder what shareholders will be voting on? Wonder whether this is when McNally will announce his goodies as well as others.

Will McNally announce significant things today before the AGM meeting being that the pps is below $1 BUT the AGM has not happened yet to get things voted on???

Any thoughts on the subject??? Can McNally get 2 million shares at 88 cents even if the stock price is at $2 before the voting for the AGM in September?

Doesn't beneficial ownership mean who really owns shares or am I totally confused???
