Nearly 10 years ago just after FD entered the scene, we tried to convince Solly to issue new shares( approx 10mil ), it was in the up-trend when shareprice went from 11 to 15. And we wanted him to lend the money to Triway as a sharholdet loan with 10% rate. Solly thought at that time that it wasnt a smart move, to increase
the stock from 18mil to 28mil outstanding!! What happened then? No megaloan, no expansion at the megafarm, massive dillution, 99,9% plummet of stock price.. 10 years has past, imagine where we would have been if This man listen?
