If Brazil story has not panned out, they have little to go on with US business in future decline. Executive compensation now looks excessive with dividends gone. Too soon to BAIL THEM out for a customer list, but interest could resurface at appropriate valuation.

The good news is our 8 month wait for second half numbers can get us closer to next target of PE 15 plus cash because anti-gravity keeps us drifting higher and higher.

1 month target is easy fast money trade to four bucks. Traders take note. We just broke out of a long term base. The social distancing story is the best I have seen in PCHM since local and state agencies drug testing became their primary business.
