Hmm I couldn't find any info. All the patent lawsuits directly dealing with INVT they all got dismissed. There was a settlement in one but that was them vs US and we settled. I don't want to be a Debbie downer but after seeing they deleted their Twitter and their own website has pages suspended and doesn't work, any small faith I had in this company is gone. If my memory is correct, Fortress gets a huge cut. Any win will most likely not raise the SP for none of us to get anything back. This was my FIRST stock I have ever traded and I take this a lesson learned. I keep the shares just in case, but I go days forgetting it until I look at my positions lol. And I am like, wtf is up with company.
