I learned in grade school that 100 percent of nothing is still nothing.
Unfortunately I never learned WTF convertible shares are, even though I read about 'em on Investopedia.
So what's it mean for bagholders if a buyer were to come along or a RM takes place?
And how the F can a CEO just decided to grant themselves a larger controlling block? (if that's what happened).
