Toll brothers would be the logical choice as the deal that was made with them was supposed to close mid sept. I cant see Bob giving the company away though with the time and energy he has stuck into it and the deals he has negotiated. I could potentially see him split off the sinacori builders to toll brothers and maintain the MJ enterprise under the CAVR name along with royalties that could be accrued from the growing together brand. The MJ enterprise doesnt really align with what toll brothers represents IMO
