I'm not sure it's the media that has it out for Inovio is the lack of management and failure of the management team to follow through an capitalize on the situation that has created the problem. Alot of the negativity that has been brought forth in the media has been due to notorious short hedge fund leaders trying to capitalize on this lack of management.

As far as the price that's a tough one. I would be really suprised if we see 16s. Not that I would complain if we did. But I think high 17s to low 18s are a more realistic low IMO. But this also depends on if we get another week with no PR or another PR that lacks any huge substanance to drive buying pressure and force covering.
