when pctl was trading in the .01's they used 9111 trades 5 times one day then it started to run within days. Next thing you know it ended up at pushing .09's a share. Also 11,111 trades hit pctl a lot as well. Seen a lot of those that day as well which we were getting them today. I suspect they keep dumping into the bid and naked shorting the stock because they cannot cover their shorts and are buried. The short volume shows they are deep and most likely have not covered their entire positions. Either way the price will do what they want it to do. market makers (aka manipulators)
