Cicero was “Awarded” shares? Is there a contest I’m unaware of because I know it was not some type of settlement.

Their debt to Cicero was valued at $90,000. At $0.10 that’s 900,000 shares. Many smaller companies and start-ups compensate employees and vendors with shares. I know some who have made extraordinary amounts of money on their holdings some months or years later.

I’m still waiting for the explanation as to the unusually high volume. More selling on the way down than buying on the way up suggests Cicero has divested some of their shares this week.
