Hey bud! Hope all is good your way:) Yes, that filing puzzled me as well, especially when the TA followed up July 21st with 105M O/S at OTC Markets shortly after the filing was put out. Not sure exactly what's going on, but I guess we'll find out when the CEO gets a merger or acquisition to come through, lol!
