There are lots of companies on the major exchanges (NYSE, Nasdaq) that trade far above their actual worth. Just look at NKLA right now.

It's no different on the OTC market. STWC could be valued at $5-10 million and could easily hit $0.10, if not multi dimes.

Realistically, multi pennies would be a terrific achievement, but that doesn't mean $0.10 isn't possible.
