30 seconds of "DD" clearly shows END OF MONTH predictions of $4 for ECSL and EONM … END OF NEXT MONTH $10.

Smart investors don't actually believe those predictions. Frankly ECSL would be getting scooped up and probably north of $1 if there were even a snippet of any substantive available information. Hell, CEO cant even put out tangible evidence ECSL's fuel is better on the website. Read the PR .... He "believes" its better than other fuels. He isn't sure ? LOLOLOL

Surely the Tampa Port Authority would have to approve such a large project eh ? Port Authority meeting minutes are a matter of public record.
