Just wondering...if PCTL has these 3 levels of distributorship, plus royalties and lease fees per distributorship, plus partnerships, plus O&G division, plus Agriculture division...if I were the auditor and was responsible for pulling together ALL of these new revenue streams into a comprehensive audit required by the SEC...well, I'd probably need to get some more help! This auditor has probably had to revamp the entire accounting structure of PCTL not only for the 2019 10-K, but to position the process for a expedious release of the 2020 10-K (when due). In time we all will learn the real story behind the delays of our current K and Q's! MOO.
