Bob, I am not on the EC, so I cant speak intelligently about what the EC is thinking, and why they're so content will the way things have progressed. If they end up being victorious, then their voice will have been an influential part of this trial. If they lose, then they will have been a pawn in showing that both sides were represented equally and fairly.

What I find interesting, is that most here aren't very happy with the things have progressed...

You never answered my Blackrock/institutional holders questions.
