80% voting power = 0% power if the Board declines to put something it disagrees with up for a vote. HengRen is a major investor, with millions (?) of shares. What is good for them, is good for us, as their investment pays off through share price appreciation. If something only benefits Solomon, they will veto it, and there will be no vote, period. The slow trading is due to two things 1) Lack of eyes currently on the settlement (this will change over time); 2) It's the last day of July, and many decision makers are out, or leaving for Summer holiday. The good news is known by us on this board, and not yet far beyond that. When it becomes widely known, volume will increase, as will the share price.
