If the Board doesn't approve something raised to it for review and approval, there is no vote. Solomon's influence has been totally compromised, which is to all of our benefit. The fact that the court order regarding the settlement terms, notice, and filings is being closely followed, in a timely manner, proves that the Plaintiffs have taken over.
