You miss the point. Solomon is no longer in charge. Heng Ren is in charge, with Fredly lurking in the background. The settlement gives Plaintiff-appointed board members absolute veto power, which negates Solomons A-share voting power. If the Board doesn't approve something raised to it for review and approval, there is no vote. Solomon's influence has been totally compromised, which is to all of our benefit. The fact that the court order regarding the settlement terms, notice, and filings is being closely followed, in a timely manner, proves that the Plaintiffs have taken over.
