ARknet is a product of Tautachrome Inc., a publicly traded company ticker symbol TTCM

Notice that you can't find much info on their main site about their actual product/service, but they have no trouble listing their ticker symbol, which is worth a whopping penny, with BILLIONS of shares outstanding. No wonder the service is "free".
