Another MARK MILLER merger????
Some shareholders and others are surely waitin for that event.
I got an urge ta look back at Miller's Encompass Holdings fraud. My notes, screen shots etc are very interestin. some are waitin for the various investigations ta wind down but the dangerous player keep getting connection material. Miller is just the tip a that berg. Gotta be lonely when the idea guys leave ya high and dry.
This company Digitility and Encompass are not all bein drilled into.
My task last night was the posts on Mark Miller on theEncompass board from 6-20-2017 to 11-17-2017. The tweets, PR's and emails are priceless. Miller posts himself durin the 6-20 periodthat he was accumulatin shares. On 10-20-2017 he seems to have forged docs and personal signatures claimin he was the new CEO and sole Director of Encompass. By 11-16-2017 he had gotten a wake up call and resigned the position he never had, wiped clean his tweets, pr's etc. Notice that I was mute durin that period. I had a lot of material to copy save and investigate. All involved needed some rope to hang themselves. I did post one warnin so the smart folks would see through the SCAM.
Go read those posts yourself and see what shareholders were demanding authorities do by the time 11-16 rolled around. Here's an example of Miller's tweets that he's gonna get ta deal with soon. This is his last tweet before the purge.
"Due to circumstances beyond my control the previous CEO was able to muscle me out of $ECMH. I never got to finish what I started with Nevada or the OTC. My intentions were genuine and those that know me, know this is the truth"
So ur waitin for a DIGITILITY merger bro> Well so are many others but not for the same reason as yours.
I was talkin to Uncle RICO about all this and we don't think Miller is dumb enough now ta do any merger or anything else with Digitility. But he may be considerin his past.
So what do we have here? Miller made his own bed with lots a help. At least 4 entities are digging and waitin. That doesn't count Encompass itself or Scott Webber the real CEO of Encompass. Do this bro. Read the material posted and with just that info calculate the damages Encompass will claim. Better yet, calculate the personal damages Webber will claim. Once ya got that sorted out DD Webber. See how he's done in numerous lawsuits he had to react to. I believe his record is 8 and ). All wins and no one was dumb enough ta go to trial. Bottom line is Miller stepped on the wrong toes. He's playin 2D in a $D gam,e and has no friggin clue. Knowin what I know from my past DD is that he'll be given a choice, an out so ta speak. I can pretty much guaranfkintee that Webber doesn't give a rat"s ass which way he chooses ta go. I can also guaranfkintee that Miller will be shocked when the dogs get let out. He will get a chance to defend himself in front of a couple a jurys. He made a huge mistake and won"t be allowed ta do it to the Digitility shareholders.
U might conclude that I don't think you'll see Miller makin any deals like a merger. He'll deal for sure with the investigators but he aint gonna avoid what's comin in Civil matters once those are filed.
This is all just my opinion but I can't remember the last time I was wrong.
