Dear Sean, Thank you for your email. Scottrade does not allow naked shorting ofany security under $5.00 per share. The naked shorting does not applyto Scottrade for this security as EQBM currently trades at less than apenny a share. Our Dividend Department contacted DTC this morning. While the paper work may be submitted to DTC, as of this morning, DTC had not ruled theshares to be DTC eligible. I have no idea when DTC will make the decision. The SOMA shares that are trading on the Frankfurt exchange are not theshares that will be distributed. Restricted shares will be distributed and are not eligible to be traded. The company issuing the restricted shares will need to advise you whether the restriction is one year, twoyears, longer or shorter. Sean, as soon as we receive the security, we will deposit it to youraccount. I am sorry for the frustration, but we are monitoring the situation. If you have any further questions please let us know. Sincerely, Steve B. Scottrade Inc. National Service Center http://www.scottrade.com/
