You say you conducted DD but i dont see it, more like sour grapes and a sleight shade against every move they have made about anything. Nothing they do is ever "perfect enough". Be grateful they are doing this. They dont have too. There was over 1 billion shares traded above 008. Go back and look at volume. The deal was less than 1 million in CONVERTED stock. Company specifically said they can and will make tender offers to private shareholders as well. Its in the PR. Do some better "DD"
