Wrong. It was ALWAYS said it would take AT LEAST 3 days to hear about passing or failing. Never intimated otherwise. Now they're giving us a timeline, and hope (promise) that they'll pass. I imagine the extra 5-7 days is IN ORDER TO GIVE THEM TIME TO CORRECT THE FEW THINGS NECESSARY SO THAT THEY CAN ISSUE THEM THE LICENSE.
