I just wanted to rephrase the first question on the CC: since we know LL is pretty safe and likely also works , why not now give it to the seriously ill and try ? They really don't have much to lose . The bureaucracy and Ifs and Buts are fine if delayed & they affect just the sp but that is fine. If you cut all of these bureaucracy fewer people die. right?
I will tell you at this point probably most developing countries will take LL for their people.
