With the current AS and OS, Ozop can't honor the conversion terms of the Preferred D stock, so it will either have perform a reverse split or increase the AS.

I just stumbled upon this one today - Detective, do you know if this company is in bed with a lot of the same lenders Conway previously tied up with? I haven't gotten a chance to look at much, but I'm assuming this whole thing is going to look exaclty the same - I doubt this tiger is going to change his stripes. From what I've seen, it looks like he's going for a bunch of non-committal 'we're in agreement to acquire XYZ,' pump on silly LOI's and social media posts, only to never see finalization.
