Actually I think the share structure is really not a big deal for now. The company needed money and they have sold shares and from what I can tell the dilution is accretive to the future of the company. Folks keep attacking me for what is actually happening and clearly evident in the filings for all to see. They rather believe in alien sperm MMs from mars than something so basic to all stocks that trade...I can't help that. The next 10Q will probably show the share structure at 1.2- 1.3 B shares out. Not the kiss of death for the potential for where this is heading...
