Very helpful info. Thanks locwolf. So it’s possible that based on what the judge says he can make a settlement more or less likely? For example if it looks like the judge’s words are leaning toward infringement then Intel would be wise to settle. If not then Intel would be more likely to let the case go to trial or hdvy might even decide a trial won’t help.
