Oh yes and I agree completely with you Sir Bika. My only point is that I have learned over many years that responding politely and quickly is advantageous and will save a lot of time at the back end. Also, it provides a clear paper (electron) trail that shows that we politely and with concern for the company were exercising our responsibilities.

An ounce of prevention kind of thing. Thank you for affirming and I completely agree with your ideas and input.
