It would be equally difficult to buy it at this level if/when good news comes. Fortunately, there is a significantly higher probability of good news coming here than bad.

There are only 297m outstanding shares and the company has been dormant for quite some time...except for the recent SEC filings. That's a very strong clue that news is coming. And generally speaking, companies don't file with the SEC out of the blue so they can deliver bad news. There's no need.
