I think I came across filingre.com a couple of months ago and registered for it, it then asked me for subscriptions fee, if I remember correctly, then I bailed.

I only trade part-time, so I try to use free stuff only, if possible.

I wonder if you have script(s) that you run to notify you about filings/news ? Is it written in Python? Just wonder.
