Confirmed: "Conglomerate" the result of a misdialed phone call!

Apparently there was a mixup with the name change, and it has been determined that the error stemmed from a wrong number.

While trying to call Phoenix, this gentleman misdialed and IMO set the entire name change mixup into motion.

*Warning: The scenes in this video might be upsetting to some people. I got upset when I saw it the first time. How could something like this happen?
