garcia, you are funny. There is NO production by PRBG. The whole damn company is one hypothetical PR. The only profile on this company is a pr surmisal of previous area production. For you to squander your money on pr fluff is your business. These guys have you cold.

As for HGO, they not only pump oil out of the ground, they have receipts to prove it. If I could find verifiable proof that Powder River was in the oil biz, I'd take a chance.
