Based on what Lazar normally does...I think the filing will be on time AND we shall see a status change at OTC from stop sign to yield. ALSO...if all another filings come in, attorneys letter, etc, we could even go pink current with SS update from TA....then it is a massive upside move. At this point in the game, QUTR is undervalued imo and should be trading in the mid 20’s to near .0030. But, time will tell...keep accumulating! With a float this low and lazar owning 82.8%...my share price target for the incoming merger remains at .05
