I think I heard the U.S gov't will reimburse any citizen $2B for each Kodak Instamatic camera turned in to gov't officials- kind of works the way some cities, towns, and states operate gun buy back programs. However, what I think I heard was proceeds, which will come later to gov't/business participants occurs after the tax reforms enacted, ~ 4yrs ago, expire for citizens,and new laws pertaining to taxes/citizens take hold and the haul split 50-50.
