I just went with what the court minutes said. It states "Granted in Part".



When I look at the actual order, ( https://drive.google.com/file/d/1u5KVaoAt6kmZ4nScFl5D-jrpl3pmWcxK/view ) it doesn't state it is Granted in Part.

Some times the courts says granted in part in the minutes and sometimes they don't. I'm not sure if it is due to a specific reason or if it is just an inconsistency of wording, as I have seen many times before with this court...sometimes I think it depends on which clerk is entering data into the database.
