Author’s reply » @jordanperri I have to be honest, yes I am out on NEXCF. The company's over promotion attracts volatility and makes this stock difficult for me to own. Up and down over about 75%, new cap raise when the CEO said just a few days that the co. is well funded and the lack of an F-1 filing compiled with the patent activity convinced me to sell. I am interested in seeing an F-1 with full disclosure and less promotion.
