On July 23, 2020, Neurotrope BioScience, Inc. (“Neurotrope BioScience”), a wholly-owned consolidated operating subsidiary of Neurotrope, Inc. (“Neurotrope”), executed a Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) with Worldwide Clinical Trials, Inc. (together with its affiliates, “WCT”).
