Just to add some information to this post. Everyone is asking about why the LLC was formed in Nevada. Well I have done some DD of my own and the LLC was formed in Louisiana as well see link below

Which would make more sense, so maybe the property they were acquiring was in Louisiana. Remember as a Nevada Corporation or LLC PBLS is considered a foreign corporation in Louisisna and that is how they must register to do business.

So you have them forming an LLC in Nevada on 11/15/2006 and then forming an Foreign LLC in Louisina on 11/17/2006. I just cant wait for the annoucement that will clarify all of this. Going big in 2007. Good luck to all.
